Importance of Research
Pracability is grounded in evidence-based research that demonstrates the value of simulation and role-play environments in developing real-world skills, confidence, and professional competence. Research consistently shows that psychologically safe, practice-based learning allows participants to experiment, receive feedback, refine their responses, and build confidence before applying skills in real situations. By integrating proven educational and behavioural science principles into our simulated learning experiences we create environments that support deeper learning, greater self-efficacy and more effective transfer of skills into practice.
